It is vital that the customer accurately declare the value and contents of the shipment to avoid customs delays. Please note that certain items are strictly prohibited for international transport, such as cash, narcotics, firearms, military equipment (including uniforms and gas masks), and pornographic material. The customer is responsible for any taxes and duties determined by the customs authority (SENIAT) according to the tariff classification. In case of any issues, we have a direct support channel, and any claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery to be processed by our quality department.
