For any claims regarding the condition of your belongings, you have 7 consecutive days after delivery to report any issues; after this time, the service is considered accepted. We recommend planning your move at least 3 weeks in advance for sea freight routes to coordinate container space and avoid delays due to port congestion. It is strictly prohibited to include replica weapons, pornographic material, or any item restricted by Venezuelan or international law in your shipment.
