1. Instruction Registration: Notify us of the arrival of your shipment through our customer service channels.
2. Legal Documentation: Attach a clear commercial invoice for correct tariff classification.
3. Security Packaging: Fragile or high-value merchandise must have reinforced packaging.
4. Cargo Insurance: Applying a rate of 3% to 5% to guarantee 100% protection of your investment.
Our national distribution network ensures that, once the cargo is cleared through customs in Puerto Cabello or La Guaira, your shipment will arrive in Caracas, Valencia, Barquisimeto, Maracaibo and the rest of the national territory with full traceability.
