It acts as our European hub. It is the preferred route for high-end textiles, permitted pharmaceuticals, and specialized machinery from the European Union.

Focused primarily on the industrial and supply sector, we manage logistics from the main production areas to Venezuela and the rest of the world through our brokerage alliances.

Security, Insurance and Investment Protection
How is my merchandise protected?
All shipments handled by Shop And Gets are tracked via GPS 24/7. For complete protection, we offer an insurance policy ranging from 3% to 5% of the actual invoiced value, covering 100% of the value in case of proven loss or damage during transit under our custody.
Items Not for Shipping or Restricted
Due to international security regulations and local laws (SENIAT/INTT), we do not transport the following items:
1. Cash or securities.
2. Narcotic or psychotropic substances.
3. Firearms, ammunition or replicas of weapons.
4. Material for military use (gas masks, bulletproof vests, camouflage clothing).
5. Pornographic material.
6. Flammable or corrosive substances without prior declaration of hazardous materials (HAZMAT).
Technical Questions about Customs and Payments
Who is responsible for customs duties?
The client is responsible for taxes and duties according to the classification determined by the customs authority. However, our Customs Brokerage team performs prior tax optimization to ensure you pay the correct amount according to the applicable tariff code.
What are the accepted payment methods?
To facilitate your international transactions, we accept:
– Bank transfers in the USA and Panama.
– Payments via Zelle.
– Payments in foreign currency at our offices in Caracas (Parque Cristal).
– Management of payments to suppliers in China for procurement services.
What happens if my package arrives damaged?
The customer has 7 consecutive days after delivery to report any issues. It is essential to present the original packaging and delivery note to process any claim with our legal department.
